酸霧凈化塔 Acid fog purification tower

工作原理:

酸霧凈化塔處理的主要有害氣體為酸霧H2SO4)、氯化氫(HCL)氣體及氟化氫HF氣體、鉻酸霧（cro3)、氰氫酸（HCN)氣體、硫化氫(H2S)、氨氣(NH3)、堿蒸汽等水溶性氣體。酸霧凈化塔采用氫氧化鈉溶液為吸收中和液來凈化酸霧廢氣，配置自動化加液系統(tǒng)，運用二級噴淋方式，達(dá)到全面阻截吸收廢氣的目的。

Operating principle:

Acid alkaline waste gas pushes into the bottom of tower by fan.The gas willreact with the absorption liquid when they go through the spray section.Thenthe waste gas,with low acid fog density,enters into the second section,aftertake reacting with the plastic ball,the expellant gas from the tower has a lowerdensity and can meet the state standard.
