實驗室通風控制系統(tǒng)
通風系統(tǒng)的主要功能是排除實驗室空間的有害氣體、蒸汽、灰塵，并輸入經(jīng)處理的新鮮空氣，創(chuàng)造舒適、健康的實驗室工作環(huán)境。按照其作用可分為全面通風、局部通風、混合通風。 全面通風:在整個房間內(nèi)，全面地進行空氣交換。有害物在很大范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生并擴散的房間，就需要全面通風，以排出有害氣體或送人大量的新鮮空氣，將有害氣體濃度沖淡到允許濃度以內(nèi)。 局部通風:將污濁空氣或有害物氣體直接從產(chǎn)生的部位抽出，防止擴散到全室;或?qū)⑿迈r空氣送到某個局部地區(qū)，改善局部地區(qū)的環(huán)境條件。當車間內(nèi)某些設(shè)備產(chǎn)生大量危害人體健康的有害氣體時，采用全面通風不能沖淡到允許濃度或采用全面通風很不經(jīng)濟時，可采用局部通風。 混合通風:是指用全面的送風和局部排風，或全面的排風和局部的送風混合起來的通風形式。 ventilation system's main function is to eliminate laboratory space harmful gas,steam,dust,and input the treatment ofresh air,createa comfortable and healthy laboratory work environment.According to its function,these can be divided into comprehensive ventilation,local ventilation,mixing ventilation.
